Chow Gar Tong Long / Chow Family Praying Mantis is a southern Chinese martial art developed by the Hakka people. It is an aggressive style with emphasis on close-range fighting. These skills are developed by utilizing a range of training techniques which have been developed over several centuries. Hung Gar is one of the most famous of the Southern Chinese kung Fu styles, and was developed, in it’s modern form, in the city of Fatshan. This art is famous for its deep stances, iron bridge arms and it’s Tiger and Crane form.
